Jennifer was my divorce attorney. She was everything I needed in an attorney. She treated me professionally while also being honest and making me hear what I might not want to hear. She fought for me like I was her only client. She and her assistant, David, both worked to answer my questions. She never once backed down from helping get what I was entitled to get.
Jennifer Simmons is a terrible attorney. She represented me in a child custody case. She was rude and made me feel humiliated. She would threaten me, and pressure me to settle. I paid her over $12000. She started. One week before trial, she had used up all my trust account money ($6000) and she asked me for an additional $6000. She wanted me to pay this now or she would not work on my case (this is against ethics rules).
