I’m not sure who handles the calls at this law office or where some of the positive reviews came from, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I called on Friday, 09/18, and was told that I could call back on Monday for additional information. Based on that, I took time away from work on Monday, 09/21, and went to the office in person. When I arrived around 9:30 a.m., the office was closed. I then called three times and was told that no one was available and that appointments were scheduled far in advance.... read more
Jennifer is amazing. She is very thorough, quick to respond, and helpful. I would give her more stars if able. Best of the best in ANC.
Great service for a very tedious process. Jennifer walked me through the entire process and was extremely patient and courteous.
Doesn't respond to messages or return calls. It's been three days of calling with no sponse. One has an answering server no direct number.
