Reached out to Jeff Jacobson about a pretty serious matter, was told that by Jeff himself that he would contact me. Never received any callback; I called back asked if he was able to take me case and for over 5 weeks I was told he would contact me only to be told by Nancy that they couldn’t take me after emailing for the 4th time. Don’t waste your time here
