Buyer beware! I have a hard time believing the audacity, but I lived it. Learn from my mistake. The trouble started with contact. What began as a reasonable delay due to a busy practice became impractically long between communications and with terse responses. This is a time sensitive, fast paced, industry, but they were not. Jeff has helped us with preparation and amending our end-of-life documents (will, living will, POA) and also occasional landlord/tenant questions. His office also did the title work and closing when my husband sold his home, (just before we moved in together and got married) saving him thousands of dollars. Jeff is a great guy, very personable and so is his office staff. Jeff listens and also takes time to fully explain everything in a way that is easily understood.
