I first attempted to set up a Trust for my grandsons fifteen years ago because of a difficult family situation. The Trust that was done at that time in no way reflected what I wanted. I attempted to modify it with the same lawyer, and then to correct it again with a second lawyer, never getting what I wanted and what I had been promised.
