So just wanted to help the last person that posted a 1-star review; you will want to email her, or leave a voicemail (or a few). Her assistant can give you her email if she’s on vacation, and he’s usually the one to contact you after you’ve explained the ongoing situation (but new, so it requires a new motion). Used Jeanne years ago for my divorce and had no complaints. Recently contacted her to support me in an upcoming custody hearing and only got a "not available" reply. No advice or options I could consider. No referral to another attorney. Nothing, like I was never a client of hers. I am speculating here but assume her blow off is because I have legal insurance (ARAG) through my employer which reduces the hourly rate she can charge. Not repeat customer friendly.
