Jay has profiles on many sites. I posted on a site where you can post free legal questions. Jay, unprovoked went on a verbally abusive rant because he didn't like the content of my question. He even went as far while scapgoating on me to tell me he wished I had committed suicide. Which suicide and legal liablity tied into my post. So, he used info from my post to mock and attack me in the cruelest of ways. I felt tramatized after eduring his mental cruelty. Still in 2016 he is still unethical...
Posted a question..he was rude, told him he's a bottom feeder.Hes rather juvenile and lacks professional integrity .
I was looking for some advice on avvo. Other attorneys were able to give some helpful advice. Instead this guy kept bantering back and forth with another attorney, bad-mouthing me for my mistake. When I asked him to leave me alone, he flagged my comment. I was just looking for some simple advice, and got a lot of unnecessary and just plain mean comments from this guy.
He is quite rude and judgmental. I submit a question via Avvo and he answer me with attacking tone and was judging me and questioning me motive. Thank goodness I didn't retain him, I was this close to do so but thanks to his rude attitude, I didn't.
I wrote a question on Avvo which this attorney is member of.My question was a banking question and related to cashier check . The question was placed in the forged check category(the only category that has cashier check from all other option) This crazy attorney send me response that he feel sorry for me and he will transfer my question to the brain injury category(he was probably drugged).
