My daughter had a dui. No other car was collided with. No person was injured. She had ONE dui and ran into a sign. For this, under the representation of Jay Finnecy, she got FIVE years PROBATION!!!!! Tiger Woods was so intoxicated he could barely stand and he got 1 yr probation! Atty was rude, arrogant and condescending. Do NOT waste your money! You could absolutely NOT do worse! Represent yourself and you will do a better job than THROWING AWAY YOUR MONEY on this poor excuse for an attorney!
