Worst attorney EVER! By the end of my divorce, I thought he was working for my husband. Even my husband agreed that I got screwed by Jason Nicks. He never returned my phone calls, did not meet with me prior to mediation to discuss a strategy, he lied to me during mediation and basically kept me in the dark for 4 1/2 months. He never told me what to expect. He either takes on too much or just simply does not care!!!

This is your warning. Do not hire this attorney. I have almost lost my child due to the other parent kidnapping her because Jason had no understanding of my situation right from the beginning and did not care to understand or research the situation I was in. He wanted "money" now and promised quick solution so that he could obviously move onto his next case. Lawyer mill.

I performed services for Amanda and Jason back in early October of 2019 and invoiced him, according to the agreement we have in writing, on October 16. I have sent multiple copies of the invoice to their office, called several times, and been told twice that they were going to pay me the $275 they owe me. As of 2/13, 4 months later, they have yet to pay me. Do not do any business with this firm.
