I was injured on the job. Unfortunately, workmans comp is not your friend. I called the office of James Scott Farrin my lawyer was Matt Harbin for workmans comp. Without him, there would be very little if any compensation. It was a constant fight to the end. Mr Harbin was able to help us tremendously. After an auto accident whether fender bender or huge, both can be life changing, both can be traumatic. Sometimes that trauma doesn't present itself immediately like external injury. My attorney was so sensitive to that, she would repeatedly say" what's important is your well being, I need you to get well" I'd say oh "I'm fine," but I wasn't she knew it. I believe they leave a lot on the table. They don't get what they can. The whole process is a joke. They know what the settlement is before you settle. My advice is to go to a jury. Dont take a settlement. They told us that James Scott Farin is not even a Attorney. Get a real Attorney. Just my opinion, they are buds with workers comp.
