It’s been amazing! Very proficient and they actually care about your case!
Called their office after son’s accident (not his fault). Very professional and concerned about his well being first and foremost. It was a long process, but only because of treatments he needed. The firm kept us informed every step of the way and were always receptive of new information from us. I would recommend them if you are in an unfortunate situation where you need representation. Lynn Cooper was out paralegal and did a great job coordinating everything for us.
I am highly disappointed with this firm. They took me through a 30 minute conversation that I was just calling for some legal advice for them to tell me they can’t help me. I find it very disturbing because my first interaction with them was great. I would advise you to never call this firm asking for legal advice.
