Super professional. I did not feel rushed. All my paperwork was transferred to an accordion type binder keeping everything together. The voices were soft, receptive, and responses were direct. Mr. Ream was not intimidating which I greatly appreciated. We'd spoken on the phone prior to my visit. An appointment was made after my initial phone conversation with him.
