Terrible. MaGee takes on more than he can handle. His legal staff is completely out of touch with what he does. Failed to disclose information. Did not inform me of a second counseling class. Then didn't submit it to the courts. Failed to inform me of the fee the chapter 13 office takes per payment made after their filing charge. Office also does not respond to emails or phone calls promptly.

Michael in Puyallup Mr MaGee was awesome! I came into his office in a panic. I had just gone through a nasty divorce and was left $60,000 in debit. I had no idea what I should do. Helpful, understanding...patient and kind with squirmy children. The evening appointsment are a real help. The staff are very kind, warm and pleasant. Things keep moving right along and information flow/feedback is excellent. The office staff and attorney are very accodating of large families and tired children; the attorney has three young children of his own and really connects about the needs and expenses of familes with children. Really Bad Bad experience. Always ran late for appointments, rude, condescending and used profanity in front of our child. He may be a good attorney, but I wouldn't waste my time going there to be talked down too. Bankruptcy is unpleasant enough, without your attorney making it harder on you.

Not a client May be a great attorney, but I will not wait around to find out. My wife and I were looking for bankruptcy attorney's and he was the first to try. We scheduled an appointment for 5:30 pm 2/17/11. I had left work early for the appointment, and both my wife and I had a cold.
