May be a great attorney, but I will not wait around to find out. My wife and I were looking for bankruptcy attorney's and he was the first to try. We scheduled an appointment for 5:30 pm 2/17/11. Really Bad
Bad experience. Always ran late for appointments, rude, condescending and used profanity in front of our child. He may be a good attorney, but I wouldn't waste my time going there to be talked down too. Bankruptcy is unpleasant enough, without your attorney making it harder on you.

It took this firm over a year ro actually file my case and then a year after it was filed I get a letter telling me that James Magee is no longer practicing law. I called a few months back and was told he is practicing again and he would call me back. Today I called again after waiting a few months and was told he would call me back in 2 weeks. I will be making a complaint with the bar in the am. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM
