It took this firm over a year ro actually file my case and then a year after it was filed I get a letter telling me that James Magee is no longer practicing law. I called a few months back and was told he is practicing again and he would call me back. Today I called again after waiting a few months and was told he would call me back in 2 weeks. I will be making a complaint with the bar in the am. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM
