I have the pleasure to meet with Attorney Welcome last Wednesday for an Immigration case. Attorney Welcome was punctual for the meeting. We discussed in detail the process of the case. Poor communication from the team at Welcome Law. It feels like pulling teeth just to get an update on anything. I’ve made multiple calls and sent emails trying to get an update or speak with someone, but rarely get a response or a call back. Everything was great in the beginning, but now, a year and a half after my accident, I still don’t have a clear understanding of what’s going on with my case. Maybe they’re understaffed, but either way, the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating.
I have been calling for a renewal since about May, all now I can’t get a paralegal to call. Called twice in July we are about to enter the month of August. Quick to take your money the first time after that they don’t care like everybody else. Three star only because they are fast and I am being fair.
