Ira C Kaplan represented me in my divorce. He started out by billing me for the hour I was told was a "free" consultation and when I did not catch it in the invoice he sent me, things took off from there. He billed for many tasks I did not request and requested urgent meetings and then billed me for travel time and weekend expenses when the matter at hand could have been resolved during regular business hours without any travel time required.
