From the very first conversation I had with Oliver Koppell and Scott Doherty, about my concerns over the way I was terminated by my employer of 8 years, I felt validated and listened to. Oliver Koppell should not be a civil rights lawyer. When I called about a possible case, he completely invalidated my experience and became extremely defensive as if I was accusing him of racism. Very weird. He cut me off as I was explaining my case and told me that I was projecting and that the problem was actually me, before abruptly hanging up on me. He is rude, incompetent, unprofessional and absolutely in the wrong field.
