Fred Polacek treated me very nice and gave me peace and tranquility. He seemed like a professional and had a lot of knowledge. Whatever he promised me, he followed through. He wasn't interested in the money, but more to help me with my issues and concerns. Once I left the office, I knew that he would take care of everything. He consistently treated me with respect and dignity and I can't think of a time when I called and he didn't take my call that moment, actually he gave me his cellular phone number and I remain in contact with him to this day. `If you hire Mr Polacek and his staff you won't get the run around like other lawyers he always answers his calls or will return them within the day and he is a pit-bull when it come to defending his clients. He has been in the game for quite awhile and knows the ins and outs of the business. I never really had to call him much. Him or his staff were always keeping me informed on the progress of my case.
