First time getting service from that office and let me tell you my experience with some employees there don't have manners answering phone,they put you on hold for long periods time, they don't even greeted you and when walk in to his office they talk to you in a slagn way like you bothered them,really ghetto. That office need an update on some employees and hire new ones. You need to do better
Went to court today and I was forced to plea guilty because my paperwork was in Frankie office and he didn’t show, or send somebody who was familiar with my case. I know two other lawyers who knows what I been going through. I think the world has been filled with many bad people and unfortunately the attorneys are overworked, so clients are overlooked.
