My previous employer company applied for H1B through this law firm. My H1B got picked up in the lottery. But my case was rejected, because this law firm filed my application wrong. The check to be sent to USCIS was supposed to be worth $2460, they processed a check of $2640 through my company. This carelessness led to my case rejection. Further they never followed up or took responsibility. Such level of unprofessional can be lethal to an immigrants immigration status.
The amount of time and effort that Fiona spent working for our family is unmatched in my experience. She was able to secure us Green Cards in a very challenging time and we will always remain extremely grateful to Fiona for her exceptional immigration work!
