Had a breif conversation that left me with a bad impression. Called for information on a case. He must have been busy or having a bad day, because he was quick to entertain assumptions and refused to allow me to clarify. Very rude and dismissive although I communicated clearly and effectively with the utmost respect. I'm not sure what your experience will be when you call, but be sure to catch him at a good time if you'd prefer your respect to be reciprocated.
Ezra was very understanding before the court date and made life a lot easier for me. He handled my case very professionally and helped me tremendously! He was outstanding!
