Zero stars for Mr. Eric Lumberg in landlord-tenant cases. As a landlord, my experience was a total disaster. Communication was poor—no case updates, no court paperwork shared. When I desperately begged for documents, he sent back my own intake form like what? This directly hurt my ability to file lawsuits against the previous tenants. I had an case which he was suppose to sign off.I sent him every thing.I never received my Satisfaction of Judgement.And it's been since February.He has a real bad attitude toward people.When I spoke to him he basically talked to me like dirt.His action felt like I was being bullied.Still no paperwork after going to court several times

I had a very disappointing experience with Eric Lumberg Communication was extremely poor—important updates regarding my case were delayed, sometimes by a week or more. I was not informed about critical developments in a timely manner, which negatively impacted my case. Despite paying for his Limited services, I felt left in the dark and had to follow up repeatedly to get any information. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone looking for reliable and responsive legal representation.”

Eric is a phenomenal attorney, he has represented me twice now both with results in my favor. He took care of everything taking as much stress off of me as possible. Following me through over a year of litigation at a reasonable cost. I absolutely recommend him!
