Eric is very understandable and a hard worker.
Zero stars for Mr. Eric Lumberg in landlord-tenant cases. As a landlord, my experience was a total disaster. Communication was poor—no case updates, no court paperwork shared. When I desperately begged for documents, he sent back my own intake form like what? This directly hurt my ability to file lawsuits against the previous tenants. He completely tanked the case, costing me thousands in extra losses. Trusting him was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. I had an case which he was suppose to sign off.I sent him every thing.I never received my Satisfaction of Judgement.And it's been since February.He has a real bad attitude toward people.When I spoke to him he basically talked to me like dirt.His action felt like I was being bullied.Still no paperwork after going to court several times
