Zero stars for Mr. Eric Lumberg in landlord-tenant cases. As a landlord, my experience was a total disaster. Communication was poor—no case updates, no court paperwork shared. When I desperately begged for documents, he sent back my own intake form like what? This directly hurt my ability to file lawsuits against the previous tenants. He completely tanked the case, costing me thousands in extra losses. Trusting him was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made.
