I was referred to Mr. Guzmon from a friend that used him and got his case . I’ve used him five times. Mr.Guzman has successfully got three out of my five cases dismissed and minimal sentences for the other two. He is caring and compassionate about his clients regarding his work. Erick has been a life savor for my boyfriend, and I. We still have some time to go before a final outcome is determined… but so far we have been pleased with Mr Guzman and his agreement to work with what we can afford.

Doesn't communicate, has a terrible attitude if you keep asking questions, disorganized, shows up late to hearings, is belligerent, takes your money, then won't give you any advice. He was the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. I wasted $17k on nothing. He actually refused to speak to us before a hearing, then yelled at us on the phone that we were stalking him! He wouldn't respond to phone calls, texts....etc. He appears as a weakling in court in front of the judge. He is awful. Shuffled paperwork for 10 minutes before ... read more

Did not know about my court date, was not versed on my case. Was not prepared at all. Does not return phone calls, does not communicate well and has a 5k retainer. For what??? I am not impressed.
