The worst experience ever. My wife and I went to get a deed transfer. As a customer we were very clear regarding how the deed needed it to be transfer and draft it. Even in the agreement letter the lawyer stated that he understood what was required of him. It was explained that the deed need to be transfer to my name and to remove my uncle's name of the title.
