Couldn't Be Happier – They took all of my troubles right out of my hands and got everything sorted out. I really appreciated the friendlieness of the staff. I felt like my case was handled in a speedy and professional manner. (They are located conveniently on San Pedro and French near San Antonio College.)

Sometimes things might come to a halt, and it seems like the case isn't going anywhere, so you have to call and kind of find out what info they need or what you need to do next. The secretary is at the office and takes the call 99% of the time. The parking sucks, but the location is pretty central.
