I’ve called 10 times just to get an update on my case and to get the withdrawal filed they sent out but no response putting me in danger of being in a warrant can one of you guys please respond ?. The communication is horrible.
1. Communication from the attorney is atrocious. All communication comes from his office personnel who can’t give legal advice. I requested to speak with him many times and was never contacted. 2. I drove 2 hours for a pretrial hearing that his personnel said I had to attend. When it came time for me to see the judge, no one was there. I had to call no less than 20 times to finally get ahold of his office with nothing more than a “oops sorry”. Again requested to talk to the attorney and never received a call. 3. I would never recommend them to anyone. One of the staff(Jennifer) was super rude. They never answer the phone and they are only nice to you until you make that payment. The court sent them my court date which they lied to not have been notified. Tried to reach out to the attorney and the only way I could do that was through LinkedIn which still didn’t help. I ended up still paying for my ticket and taking a loss from them. They won’t help and you won’t get your money back!!! Believe all the negative reviews you see here!!! ... read more
My boyfriend hired Lloyd as his lawyer. He promised that he wouldn't have to show up and he would take care of everything when all he did was reschedule his court date Five times and never showed up to any of his court dates. If I could give him 0 stars I would.
My husband has been calling for a ticket they're supposed to look after. After paying them, calling them for an update. No response. They don't return your call. And as of now we don't know what the situation is with the court or the ticket. For the service my husband paid $1450. Any response would have been appreciated!
