Communication was spotty, I had to fetch some things and it took way longer than I imagined but it's hard to argue with results that double expectations. I hope I don't have to come back but I will if something happens

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get in touch with them. No one answering the text line or the phone. They were working on my accident case. Next Day Edit1: he replied back so I gave 2 stars back and will give the last two when everything is done and I will finish the review Edit: everything went find took awhile but he was kind and everything Thanks

Pretty sure my case came here to die. Follow up calls from assistant were nuts because I had to walk his assistant through the whole accident again and again like she hadn't taken any notes and needed my walkthrough to remind her which client/case she was calling me about. The solution to this is she doesn't call me anymore she only deals with my wife and communication sucks in general.
