This guy may just be the most rude, arrogant, unprofessional hearing officer in the City of New York. He simply cannot carry a conversation in a respectful manner. He is not a good listener and interrupts every few seconds which dismisses the points one makes in a case. He judges you as a person by appearance as opposed to the case in hand based on the conversation. Please avoid!
