I had an extremely disappointing experience with Derek. I hired him to handle a serious criminal case, expecting professionalism and dedication. Unfortunately, my expectations were far from met. First and foremost, communication was abysmal. When I did manage to get in touch, it felt more like I was burdening him than seeking help from a professional.
