I retained this attorney to prepare my living trust and property documents, but my experience raised serious concerns about accuracy and attention to detail. One deed contained an incorrect APN/legal description, which caused issues with the Los Angeles County Assessor and required a corrective deed. Separately, the binder I received included the wrong deed (someone else’s deed)—it belonged to a different property entirely. This kind of error should not happen in legal documents.
