This guy was awesome! Sad to say he helped me remove a misdemeanor charge I had on my record soon after I graduated college. I had a hard time applying for jobs because of this and he was able to get rid of the charge along with removing it off all public records. This guy is EXTREMELY professional and on time. Worse attorney in Augusta by far. He took my $2500 retainer fee and didn’t do anything. The day of my first appearance he begin to ask about the case. I was later arrested for not showing up to a court appearance I knew nothing about. And he refused to return my retainer fee.
This guy did nothing for us. His office wouldn't even help us get the final disposition paperwork until my family member had been in prison for close to a year. The sentencing my family member was convicted with was so harsh that when they paroled to a different state, the new state had to change the name of the charges from simple possession of marijuana to conspiracy to traffick drugs because the new state did not carry a penalty as harsh, unless it was for conspiracy and trafficking. Excellent attorney! We have had to use him twice and both times the case was either dropped or dropped with a minimal fine. David is easy to get in touch with and he is responsive in calling you back. He shows up to court and is with you every step of the way. He is VERY knowledgeable of the law. David is NOT like the cheesy attorney’s that you see advertised on TV. He is professional. I highly recommend!!!
