Not only is David overly priced for this talents, I paid a large retainer and never received an hourly billing statement showing me where the money was spent. I was in a drastic situation and David was no help in his negotiations. He speaks well to his clients, but working with him I saw the lack of connections in the legal community that an attorney should have with his pricing. The sentencing I received could have been done with a public defender! Why pay for what you can get for free.

Best attorney ever – David saved my husband and our families lives. My husband got caught up in a horrible scandal with the mother of 1 of his daughters, David was honest, efficient, and incredibly smart,and knowledgable. Awesome Attorney!!! – David is an awesome guy and an even better attorney. He is a super down to earth type of guy and knows the legal system inside and out. Strong Criminal Defense – I got pulled over a year ago driving and got harassed by the cops. I was with a passenger and was pulled out of the car and was asked if they could search the car. They found a large amount of exstacy in the car that wasn't mine. 2 Thumbs Up!! – David spoke at our regional EMS conference last fall and he was a hit. David is loud and clear with his advise and you can tell that he has a passion for getting everyone he represents a fair shake. Would hire him again – David represented my cousin on a DUI case. I literally called him up the morning we arrived in court when I realized how serious the situation was (this was a DUI on a suspended license). He told us exactly where to go, who to talk to and what to do before he arrived. It seemed like 10 minutes later he was at the courthouse, with all the legal information on the case in hand.
