This week we reversed a life insurance denial from a major insurance company. The deceased had a fall in her apartment an died. When her body was discovered, the coroner simply put that day down as the day of death. Unfortunately, that date was two days after the policy expired for lack of premium payment. This week we secured a $100,000 settlement for a gentleman who had been injured on the job. The irony is the insurance company cut off his medical treatment a few months after he got hurt and had surgery and that is the only reason he went out got a lawyer. If the insurance companies ever started acting honestly and appropriately, I'd be out of business!! I'm not worried.
