They bounce you from one attorney to the other. Attorney we were talking to was not the attorney who showed up in court and had no idea about the case. Dmv hearing attorney said our case was not on his calender just 5 days before the hearing. He had no idea about the case. They tell you lies just to get your money. Stay away!!!!!
I have no words to explain my gratitude to Mr. Chesley. He seemed to be well known by the prosecutors and the judge. I felt safe and confident in his knowledge and experience. He was able to get a fantastic outcome on my case. He always let me know what was going on.

David Chesley worked for over a year to help get my case dismissed for breaking my ex's cell phone, which was charged as domestic violence. They got me a defferred entry of judgement and after completing a years worth of therapy the case was dismissed with no probation or negative consequences on my record. David was great with communicating and keeping me updated on my case. This law office has been a life saver, I highly recommend them.

I hired David to fight a DUI that seemed impossible...mandatory jail time based on what the blood alcohol content was regardless that this was a first offense.
