Mr. Chesley brought the sloppiness of the DA’s charges to light and prevented a serious error in the court which would have resulted in a 32 month prison sentence. Because I had a past record, the DA tried to turn my misdemeanor into a serious felony. His professionalism and diligence allowed me to go home and be with my family. Henning is skilled, knowledgeable, and works hard for his clients!!
