More importantly, He created a comprehensive record that eventually facilitated a finding in my favor of a Violation of my 4th Amendment rights (Unlawful Stop by police) in the form of a Writ against the Department of Motor Vehicles and reinstatement of my Drivers License by a Superior Court Judge where to a favorable outcome came for me.
Mr. Chesley was amazing as my lawyer. I was facing a steep penalty that included a suspended license for a month, 2 points on my driving record and a $2000 fine.
