Had me sign a contingency retainer on a false arrest charge, then 3 months later totally screwed up my case after insisted that he stick to the words of the contract. I refused to pay any money up front just as the retainer I signed explained was the case. He now sits on my case and lies telling me he will not fulfill his obligations. I intend to file complaints with the florida bar association and sue him for damages/tort action My civil case has been taken hostage by this unscrupulous lawyer.
