I highly recommend David Frankel! We at James Club Recovery, a certified program in Broward County, have worked with David Frankel, on numerous occasions and have had tremendously successful outcomes. David is a highly skilled lawyer who understands substance abuse and mental health issues, on how, on occasion, could result in somebody making a mistake and perpetrating a crime. Had me sign a contingency retainer on a false arrest charge, then 3 months later totally screwed up my case after insisted that he stick to the words of the contract. I refused to pay any money up front just as the retainer I signed explained was the case. He now sits on my case and lies telling me he will not fulfill his obligations. I intend to file complaints with the florida bar association and sue him for damages/tort action My civil case has been taken hostage by this unscrupulous lawyer.
