Had an issue with a tenant that refused to leave David not only got the tenant removed but also was able to get me a judgement to receive the back monitor less then I was quoted by him I couldn’t be more happy I’ll definitely use his service again

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Law Offices of David Fallon. I’ve worked with David a few times now. The first time he drafted me an updated rental lease agreement to ensure I’m appropriately protected, as well as to comply with various local legal changes such as good cause eviction.
