Marc S. Gladner and Crosby & Gladner PC falsely destroyed my driving reputation by abusing the legal system to include me in a default judgment I had nothing to do with. The original case involved my ex-wife, who was struck by a reckless driver who ran a red light and appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Despite this, she was blamed for the accident. Ramiro Munoz is very rude. This is the worst law firm in Arizona. I tried talking with someone from the firm regardingfileno.62-2947, it's in my wife's maiden name but it says husband and wife. I was treated so rudely and were completely unprofessional. They kept hanging up on me. So I decided to go to the Superior Court of Maricopa county and filed a civil case against them for to get back what they cost me over the years. I wouldn't ever use them for even a traffic ticket.

Not BBB law firm. Tone of its employees are unethical and rushed. Providing a client with proof of incident for payment is denied without a lawyer. Opening a case against a individual 5 years before the client is aware of owing money is inexcusable, unjustified and unprofessional. Money due should not be warranted without proof of cause.
