Spoke to Mr. Craig Walkon about a potential mmp case for my mother. He offered to look at her medical records and death certificate at no cost to me, which was kind, but he didn't do that after I sent it to him. I can tell because there's no way he looked at that in a day. He didn't even have the professionalism to call me, he just emailed me that it's not a case he can take and that he was referring me to a friend of his. I called Craig Walkon's office this afternoon. To my surprise, he answered. I was not talking to a receptionist or waiting to hear from "in-take." I was talking with a real lawyer who actually answered the phone. Craig was respectful, kind, and spent time with me to explain things in detail.
