Terrible customer service. Never answers the phone, and always forces you to leave a voicemail, which just go unanswered. You can try emails, but that doesn't work either. Don't expect any sort of real response at all for at least an entire year. Does not make you feel like a priority. Chris and his staff are very polite and caring individuals. My husband and I have used his services for 2 POAs with ease. I called the office yesterday to set a date for a special needs trust and a will and trust. Chris' office returned my call the next day and showed great attention to details as the admin assistant scheduled the appointments. I look forward to continuing business with Chris and his staff.

Had an appointment with Christopher about a trust when my dear friend passed and left me the trustee. He said he’d call me back in a week with a plan and I never heard back. I’ve called and emailed five times with no response. I’m amazed at the lack of communication and at how unprofessional that is. I’m trying to figure out how to take care of my friend’s two young children, her sole beneficiaries, and this law office has wasted valuable time. 0 stars, do not recommend. Go elsewhere.

I was in need to do a trust for my property and decided to use Chris B Johnson’s Law firm. I had no idea what this would entail and every uncertainty I had was eased when I hired Mr. Johnson’s firm. He and his staff were very professional and punctual. My questions were answered promptly with vocabulary I could understand. What a great experience I had and I would highly recommend him.
