I'm not sure exactly who I just spoke with, I did not ask for his name. But he was not helpful in anyway, did not try to ask me questions about my situation, nor did he even act liked he cared one bit about the reason I was calling. Here I thought I was going to get some help, and he totally dismissed me and just stayed quiet and said pretty much handle it yourself. WORST PHONE CALL I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!!
