Mrs Benitez has represented me twice, both times with law. Fairly easy case for her in my opinion. But I must advise, do not hire a lawyer unless you are ready to pay. If you’re able to work things out with the other party that’s always best. Had to stop representation after paying $3500 & seeing the trust fund decrease rapidly with fairly simple duties tackled by Lawfirm. Ended up working things out with the other party. Great person with good intentions, but a bit to costly for me at her hourly rate. ($350)

Worst experience ever. She was referred to by a family member who stated she was a pit bull in custody cases. So with not knowing very much about fighting for your child. I took a chance and all I got was excuses and for a second there thought she was on the other side. Was telln me to agree to loosing time and didn't fight as I thought she would. I lost time and was charged for many things I shouldn't have been charged for. Do not let her fight for ur child. NOT A GOOD RECOMMENDATION.. SORRY NOT SORRY
I can't say enough great things about Catarina Benitez. She was my court appointed representation in Fresno Superior Family Court. She remembers me each time we go to court which can’t be easy for an attorney with so many cases. She goes far beyond my expectations. Even calling me on a Saturday. I was totally surprised. I would definitely recommend her to all. Thank you
