I seriously question whether anyone could find a more competent best interest attorney than Carol L. James. When my wife and I separated, with no vetting of which household would be best suited to have sole physical custody, they were placed with their mother simply because I had been the breadwinner. It was against the children's wishes, but no one listened, and so they suffered 6 years in an emotionally-abusive environment until they were old enough to be represented in Court.
