Carol is a brilliant lawyer and did an excellent job in my divorce.
The best
I recommended Ms. Cavanaugh to my brother. Using her for his divorce may have been the worst mistake of his life. Despite going to mediation and having a report that favored him, his divorce has gone on for 2 years, and will likely cost over 6 figures in lawyers fees. A big problem is that she did not insist he seek a new judge during a brief window. The judge was represented by the opposing counsel during her own divorce.
