What an amazing attorney! He has your back and is one of the most ethical gentleman I have ever met! He knows his law and will fight for you til the end! The guy can't even read a general ordinance in it's entirety or look at a picture with any sense or discretion. How he even got out of an attorneys office into a position in Sarasota county I do not know but, he's an awful "appointed code enforcement magistrate". He's comfortable using his position to enforce things that aren't in the code and threatening liens on your property for it.
