I am not satisfied with this law firm, my parental was Susie. But every time I called her , she was busy and I hardly got any updates on the case. First I was told that the insurance accepted liability and then I was told that the other car had a witness. I also asked for my file of the case and the retainer and it was never sent to me. I definitely do not recommend them. Poor communication, no updates, rude and no help.

I have been working with them for over a year and half it started out good but i would leave voice mails , emails no reply and I get it things come up!! But call your clients back in a reasonable time frame !! This has been since May of last year!! My case manger is always out!! All I want is answers!!

Case took less than year we are very grateful. Wondering experience.
