My experience with the services of Art Baram, Esq. and the Law Offices of Art Baram in the last 2 years has been worsening. Concerns were not properly addressed, deadlines were misstated and thereafter not clearly indicated, instructions not clearly provided, information was omitted and not explained, etc. I had to research most of the tax answers on my own in the last 2 years. I expressed my dissatisfaction which was met with utter aggression and unprofessionalism towards the client.

While I appreciate the efforts of this attorney, it seems there may have been some missteps in their approach. Their demand letter, while assertive, unfortunately reveals some gaps in their understanding of taxation law. It appears they may not have thoroughly researched the relevant tax codes before making their requests, leading to a situation where they are inadvertently asking for actions that could potentially contravene legal statutes.
