I'm a fellow attorney. Andy helped me with a complex divorce and was excellent. He is very thorough and well prepared. I've checked his blog when working on other cases as he discusses statutes in a clear and informative matter. He is a lawyer's lawyer.
What is wrong with Andy, he has NO knowledge of real estate matter but ended up talking to me for an hour to WASTE my time. Please do not call clients unnecessary to get consulting fees. If you DON'T want to write an demand letter, don't call someone who wants a demand letter. Work for you money in honest way and last thing someone want to do is to talk with an attorney with ZERO knowledge at the time of distress.
