I've had two consecutive poor experiences as it pertains to real estate closings. During the first experience, the firm refused to send the proceeds from a closing via wire because I did not personally appear at the closing and indicated it was too risky to send a wire (despite the fact the buyer knows my entire family and the law firm personally - and personally vouched for us).
